Warranties
All our products are manufactured to the highest quality, the vast majority in a hi-tech facility in the United Kingdom. As such, unlike most online retailers, we are able to offer you a genuine warranty on all our products. Please contact our sales or customer service team for further information on individual products. All products are warranted against manufacturing defects, except for all moving parts (mechanisms, castors, drawers). UPVC Door Express Ltd reserves the right not to apply the warranty in cases of inappropriate use or when the product has been tampered with by a third party or interventions by non-authorised personal.

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to  Door Express . Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of  Door Expres You may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on this website for any purpose.

Accuracy of Content
Door Express  has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. The weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

Door Express  makes every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it won’t cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the website and screen out anything that may damage it. Door Express  shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.

Credit Card Transactions
All credit card transactions are taken in the UK and our transaction currency is in UK Pounds (£). 

Availability
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

Ordering Errors
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on "submit" or “make payment” on the final page of our ordering process.

Delivery Times and Rates
Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered and the service you select and cannot be refunded. Your delivery charges will be clearly indicated at checkout. Shipping information can be found here. 

Can I pick up my order from your shop/office?
We do not hold stock at our office. All orders are dispatched from our high tech warehouse. Therefore we cannot accommodate pick up from our offices or at our warehouses. Our head office is based in Rotherham, South Yorkshire.

Does UPVC Door Express Ltd have a retail shop/store?
Door Express  does not currently have a retail store. We sell online which gives you more convenience and cheaper prices! 

Acknowledgment and Acceptance of your Order
If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm details. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the product(s) ordered.

Changing or cancelling orders
In the first instance please email us with your change / cancellation details. If your order has not yet been received then this will be possible FOC, however if you have received the order and you wish to change / cancel goods we will apply a charge based upon the direct cost to recover and/or redeliver goods. We request that changed / cancelled items are returned in their original packaging.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Export Restrictions
We will specify any export restrictions that apply on any of our products on individual product listings. Any export restrictions will also be clearly indicated at checkout.

Gift Wrapping
We are unable to offer a gift wrapping service at present.

We have placed links on this website to other websites we think you may want to visit. We do not vet these websites and do not have any control over their contents. Door Express cannot accept any liability in respect of the use of these websites.

Exclusions of Liability
Any disclaimers and exclusions of liability in these terms & conditions shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of  Door Express  or any of its employees or agents or fraud. These disclaimers and exclusions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Law. If any provisions of these disclaimers and exclusions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

We reserve the right to change these terms & conditions from time to time and you should look through them as often as possible.

Use of this Website from outside the UK
Door Express  make no representation that any products or services referred to in the materials on this website are appropriate for use, or available, in other locations. Those who choose to access this site from other locations are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

Law, Jurisdiction and Language
This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with UK Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UK. All contracts are concluded in English.
